Terms & Conditions for Renewapower LLC

These are the terms and conditions you agreed to upon purchasing solar implementation services from Renewapower LLC. By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and Terms of Service.

In this document, "you" refers to the client purchasing services, and "we" refers to Renewapower LLC, the solar implementation service provider.

1. Nature of Services

Renewapower LLC provides solar implementation services which include, but are not limited to, consultation, system design, project management, and integration of solar energy solutions for residential and commercial properties.

2. Associated Costs

You acknowledge that implementing solar solutions may involve third-party products, materials, equipment, permits, and inspection fees. These expenses are separate from Renewapower LLC’s implementation fees and are your responsibility unless explicitly included in our written proposal or contract.

3. Service and Support

Renewapower LLC will provide support primarily via direct email communication, phone support, scheduled virtual meetings, and on-site consultations, as detailed explicitly in your individual service agreement.

4. Payment Options

Payment terms for solar implementation services provided by Renewapower LLC will be clearly stated in your service agreement or proposal at the time of purchase. Payment schedules typically involve:

• Single-payment option upon contract acceptance.

• Structured milestone payments based on the project timeline and outlined in your proposal.

5. Automatic Payment and Billing

If structured milestone payments are selected, payments will automatically be processed according to the agreed-upon schedule from your authorized payment method. In the event of payment processing issues, Renewapower LLC will notify you immediately and reattempt to collect payment as agreed.

6. Payment Obligations

You agree that all payments outlined in your service agreement are binding obligations. Failure to fulfill payment obligations may result in project suspension, delays, or termination of services.

7. Termination and Access Revocation

Renewapower LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if payment terms are not met. Renewapower LLC will notify you of pending termination due to non-payment. Upon termination, access to services, consultations, and project deliverables will be revoked until the outstanding balance is paid.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the customized and labor-intensive nature of solar implementation services, Renewapower LLC does not provide refunds. All sales are final, and by proceeding with your purchase, you agree to this no-refund policy.

9. Licensing and Usage

All materials, documentation, designs, and implementation plans provided by Renewapower LLC are licensed exclusively for your use. These materials may not be shared, resold, copied, modified, or distributed without explicit written permission from Renewapower LLC.

10. Testimonials

Any testimonials or references displayed by Renewapower LLC represent individual client experiences and may vary. Renewapower LLC does not guarantee identical results for all clients.

11. Discounts and Special Offers

Any discounts or special offers granted by Renewapower LLC are discretionary and do not alter or negate the standard payment terms and obligations outlined in your individual service agreement.

12. Customized Payment Plans

Renewapower LLC may, at our discretion, agree to customized or extended payment plans. Terms and conditions of such personalized payment arrangements will be clearly defined in writing at the point of purchase and remain subject to all standard payment obligations.
